Refund policy
Damages and issues
All orders are quality checked to ensure noting is sent out damaged. However due to customs and/or currier handling items can arrive damaged.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, submit a contact us form or alternatively email us at enquiries@krayjewellery.com. Please include your order number along with an explanation and images highlighting the fault. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to you.
