Shipping policy

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. 

You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

UK (Mainland) Shipping 
All orders are sent via Royal mail or Hermes.

UK standard shipping is free (3-5 business days).

Any lost and/or non delivered packages will be fully investigated before a refund is processed. Please note this may take 2-3 weeks.  

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Europe and USA.

All items are shipped from the UK. Kray Jewellery is not responsible for any custom duties and taxes applied to your order after purchase. All duties and fees (tariffs, taxes, etc) imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

COVID-19 pandemic 
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic there is a possibility for shipping and delivery delays.

Take note once your package has been dispatched we have no control over the package location and/or delivery time.

We are not responsible for late deliveries.
